Select on the TeamViewer QuickSupport icon above to initiate the process to download and run TeamViewer QuickSupport screensharing software.  Once TeamViewer QuickSupport is selected, it will prompt to download.  Once downloaded there's no need to install, just run to start the process.  By designed it will notify IT Support you're ready to connect.  Please coordinate with IT prior to using this process, thank you!
